In this four-week deep dive, we’ll explore the surprisingly versatile world of Caran d’Ache Neocolor II water-soluble wax pastels and discover how they can behave like drawing tools, watercolor, paint, texture makers, and everything in between. Neocolor II is known for its rich pigment, soft application, and ability to transform with water into luminous washes and layered effects.
