Watercolor and Stitch Workshop: Explore the interplay of watercolor, thread, and beads in this playful mixed media embroidery workshop.
We’ll begin by creating a simple watercolor composition on fabric using simple shapes and a limited color palette. You’ll then translate your painted shapes into stitched marks, using simple stitches and beads to add dimension, pattern, and texture.
This workshop is an opportunity to experiment with color and repetition. No previous embroidery or watercolor experience is necessary - just a willingness to play with color and stitch!
